The most famous hotel bed brand in the world has come to China. The Westin Heavenly Bed is now available to buy at the Westin Beijing Financial Street. It’s been 10 years since the bed was launched back in 1999 and to celebrate its anniversary it can now be bought in Beijing.
Through customer research the Westin realised that most hotel complaints revolved around the bed and guests not getting a good nights sleep. Their solution was to develop the unique Heavenly Bed to give guests ”an out of this world experience”
The bed became a legendary story in hotel branding and created a revolution in hotel bedding. It is made up of 10 layers, all in white design, which has now been installed in over 40,000 rooms at Westins around the world. I recently stayed at the Westin in Paris and experienced the bed myself. I am now one of the 75 million customers who have experienced the bed since it was launched.
The lobby of the Westin Beijing Financial Street has the bed on display as you enter the hotel. You can also try the bed out in the Westin shop which I did before I bought mine. The bed was softer than I usually like, but since having mine delivered I have had nothing but a heavenly sleep in China.

Nikolas, I have had the bed for over three months now and it certainly lives up to its brand promise.
